1. Pictures--when I moved to Charlottesville I strained muscles and spent far too long just trying to find ANY pictures of the area. I really wished there had been one site I could've gone to that offered loads and loads of pictures, because pictures tell a story, pictures are fun, and pictures can help you acclimate to a new town and community. So enjoy--within are hundreds of pictures I've taken over the years.
2. The "List"-- Twice a month I scour all the Realtor resources available and compile a list of the hottest properties on the market. From FSBO's (For Sale By Owner), to Foreclosures, REO Bank Properties, and Short Sales. I present properties that have been on the market too long, representing possible anxious sellers. And I look at market savvy seller's who have aggressively priced their properties to sell quickly--all potential great deals for you!
3. Videos--drive-throughs of many of our larger sub-divisions in the area, complete with my rambling commentary!
4. MLS Home search tool--a real-time search engine of every property listed by every Realtor and real estate agency in our area!
5. Home Buyer Scouting software--FREE, lets you "play" with listings, like finding shopping, schools, parks, and similar properties that have sold in comparison to the home you're interested.
